4. Shipping method
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there should be the tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you could trace your order.
Total delivery time is composed of two parts. The first part is the processing time. This is the time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items and package them. The second part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the destination. Standard shipping normally takes 7-10 days, and express shipping normally takes 2-4 days. Processing takes 1-2 days normally.

6.Paying Fee
You may have to pay a fee when the money is sent to us by Western Union/Bank Transfer.
If you pay by bank transfer,please ask your bank to provide you with clear details so you can account for this fee when you pay. For example, if you are paying for a your order of $600, and the bank will charge $50 to transfer, please submit for the transfer $650. If you only submit $600 then the payment that arrives with us (in this example) will only be $550 and we won't be able to send your full order.
Willpa Foreign Trade Co.,ltd. pays for any bank currency conversion fees within China Merchants Bank. You can submit bank transfer payments in any currency.
if you pay by western union,you need to go to an western union branch.Please also ask them to provide you clear details so you can account for the fee.Please submit the amount including transfer fee.
7.Do you Drop-Ship?
willpa allows drop-ship orders for all registered customers.
Just order online the same way as usual, but add different shipping addresses.
We always check carefully (for fraud prevention) if the shipping address is different to the billing address, so if you are a new drop-shipping customer, please make sure that your account is verified.
Please note that if there are import taxes to pay, you will have to pay this when you receive the goods from the courier. So if you're drop-shipping, your customers may 'unexpectedly’ have to pay 'extra charges'.
Please note it's your responsibility as the buyer / drop-ship vendor to find out information about taxes and inform your customers. Although of course we will do whatever we can to help you minimize the tax burden if you have special packing/ declaration instructions.
8.Shipping Cost
The shipping rates can be previewed inside the www.willpa.com online shop system. You can just click on the "submit your order" and choose the country you want to ship to, Shipping fees will be estimated in your order list by our system automatically.
9.Reship or Refund
Products with quality problems, if notified in 7 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and refunded.
If the items are wrong , broken or other big problems. We will reship the new items to you with your next order. If you really dont want the replacement. You can get the refund from us. But you have to ship the problem items back to us first. We have to check if the items are problem.
If you are drop-shipping, any product returns (and all the communications) will have to be handled through you, because you are willpa’s customer. In fact it is probably in your interests for the customer not to know about willpa and deal directly with you, for reasons of safeguarding your business.
In practice, it is possible for you to discuss any return issue with us, and provide our return code and address to your customer. Then they can post a faulty item back to us in China and we can ship the replacement directly to them, without you having to handle any products. Obviously this is the most suitable solution when your customers are in different countries.
In terms of customer support and technical support for devices, the responsibility rests with the vendor, i.e. YOU if you are drop-shipping. We will of course provide as much help to you as we can, and with technical questions it may simply be a matter of relaying our information to your customers.
